We're welcoming new patients to our GP practices. Fill out a simple online form to register. It's quick and easy!

Existing patients can submit requests for non-urgent medical or admin queries online. Complete an online form in your own time, and let us decide on the best course of action for you. You may not need to come in for an appointment.

Your request will be reviewed by a member of the admin team within 2 working days, and will be triaged so that your query is dealt with by the most appropriate member of staff. This may not necessarily be a GP.
