Please note, you can order repeat prescriptions via the NHS App however we require at least 3 working days to process prescription requests - for more information click below.
We welcome registration requests from patients living in or moving to the practice area.
To register, please follow the link to complete your application: Register with a GP surgery (gp-registration.nhs.uk). A paper version of this form is also available from reception.
If possible, please bring a form of ID with you when you first visit the practice. If you do not have any ID then you are still welcome to register.
If you do not have a permanent home address then please state this on the registration form - this will not prevent you from being able to register.

We provide NHS medical services to over 18,000 patients across our two sites – Clare House in Tiverton, and Bampton Surgery. We aim to provide high quality personalised care and all patients who are registered with us have their own named GP.
If your own GP is not available and you need to speak to a doctor, you can book an appointment with any of the other GPs. There are currently 24 doctors working at Amicus Health.
We are committed to providing excellent locally-based care to our patients. We have a specialist surgical and dermatological service in Tiverton. We also run regular diabetes, contraception and joint injection clinics for our patients.
