Make a complaint

At Amicus Health we take complaints very seriously. If you have a concern or complaint we ask that you speak or write to the Practice Manager or the Patient Services Manager who will guide you through our in-house complaints procedure.

If you remain dissatisfied with the response to your complaint, you have the right to speak to the NHS Commissioning Board on 0300 3112233 or at England.contactus@nhs.net.
