Instead of calling the practice, you can submit requests for non-urgent medical or admin queries online. Complete an online form in your own time, and let us decide on the best course of action for you. You may not need to come in for an appointment.

How does it work?

1. Complete a simple form about your problem or request.
2. Our team will decide on the best care for you.
3. We will respond with advice, a prescription or an appointment.

Your request will be reviewed by a member of the admin team within 2 working days, and will be triaged so that your query is dealt with by the most appropriate member of staff. This may not necessarily be a GP.

When completing a request, please make it clear how we can help you. There is an option to add photos if relevant. Your online form will be saved to your medical record.

Please do not use online requests if you feel you need a home visit.
